One Ergon

Unifying Ergon's brand identity to reflect its legacy of service, collaboration, and growth across all business segments.

Ergon, Inc., a values-driven company committed to empowering service, selfless leadership, and purposeful growth, engaged BCW to develop the brand identity for their One Ergon campaign. The project aimed to unify Ergon’s diverse business segments under a cohesive identity while honoring their legacy of supporting families and customers. We crafted a bold and strong visual direction aligned with Ergon’s established branding, incorporating motifs of connection and negative space to symbolize unity and collaboration. Additionally, we designed a one-page infographic centered around the company’s six strategic pillars, using a refined color palette to distinguish between internal and external communication touch points. The outcome was a visually compelling brand system that resonated with Ergon’s core values and aspirations, reinforcing their commitment to safety, culture, and service excellence.
